Nan struggled with not being able to gain weight. Her busy schedule and stress also caused a decrease in appetite. Getting her to eat more frequently with a higher protein diet has been a challenge.

After 2 months of consistent training 2-3 times weekly as well as increasing her protein intake, She's gained 5 KGs!

Being overweight doesn't have to get to the point of obesity. It just means that you are over the ideal body weight and fat percentage for your body type. You don't have to lose 20 Kilos in order to see a transformation, because some people have difficulty losing just a few.
