Help us get to know you better by telling us about your specific goals; what you want to achieve and by when. 

2. Evaluation & Assessment

An initial health & lifestyle assessment will help us identify the areas of focus. Body Composition, Body Fat, Lifestyle Habits, Pictures and other tools will give us an idea of where you are physically in relation to your goals.

3. Design your program

Our trainers will work with you on a plan that compliments your lifestyle and establish a long-lasting routine that you love.

 

 

4. Training & accountability

Now that you've started your training, tracking your progress is an important factor to motivate you towards your goals. Our trainers will act as an accountability partner and follow up on weekly results.

5. Nutrition guidance

Training alone is not enough. A good diet that you can maintain long-term is essential. Our trainers will help you come up with meal plans that work for your body type. 

6. Re-assessments

It is important to track progress and keep accountability. Our trainers will follow up with you daily / weekly depending on your plan.
