Chakrit has been passionate about fitness and sports from a young age. While based in Australia, he pursued a career in personal training and nutrition by graduating from Melbourne University’s Fitness program. By working with some of Australia’s most promising athletes, he has become an accomplished coach in circuit training, HIIT, sports specific programming, body transformation and functional fitness.
Through his own weight loss journey of 45 kgs, Chakrit knows the psychological, physiological and nutritional techniques needed to get his clients to their goals. He will encourage you to push your boundaries, sculpting a body that not only looks good but is healthy and performs.
Hall is a dedicated and caring trainer taking to heart her client need and goals. She has a deep seeded passion about fitness and healthier lifestyle. She love to share her passion, knowledge and experience about physiological and nutritional techniques through fun, motivate and challenging exercise program.
She is one of the certified personal trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and MetaPWR Coach(Metabolic Training).

Nam is a former Muay Thai Fighter with 9 years of experience and multiple medals.She is also training Fitness and Pilates. Her experience and knowledge help customers to reach their goals through exercises carefully tailored, challenging and fun !

Kru Sunshine has been teaching both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga for over 7 years now. She received her training at
the Yoga Vidya Gurukul Academy in Nashik, India in 2009 and has been instructing group and private classes here in Bangkok ever since.
Sunshine is also certified in AcroYoga and Partner Yoga
and is currently an avid competitor in Crossfit. She has devoted her life to improving her students health, raising
their awareness, and helping them experience the power
and benefits of yoga.
