I've had over 11 years of experience in Paris as a personal trainer where I've worked with professional athletes, fashion designers, actors, models, singers and businessmen. I attended the University of science of Luminy ( STAPS) in Paris specifically to become a personal trainer. With my training, I incorporate a nutrition plan and follow up with my clients on a regular basis. I was also an Elite Marathoner (42.195 km), best time ; 2h35 as well as a Former Elite Boxer ( Sakone ).

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry,
he has established himself as a Crossfit athlete with championships under his belt.
Notably, Darren is GYM JONES (US) certified which were the trainers who trained the individuals in Hollywood films. Also, he is a TACFIT certified trainer which focused on military training and specific breathing methods that can help in mental acuteness. At the EDGE boutique gym, Darren is specialised in mobility and rehabilitation
focused on helping clients in injury.

Matt is a former collegiate American football player, as well as the most experienced competitive functional fitness athlete in Thailand. Having competed in competitions all over Asia, Australia and the US with multiple victories to his name.
Matt is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer, as well as a Crossfit Level 1 trainer (CF-L1). Beyond his own ambitions as an athlete, Matt has a mission to help others achieve their goals. His unwavering belief in the power of sport has shaped him. As a coach, Matt is keen to share his experiences and knowledge to add value to those he works with.

Chakrit has been passionate about fitness and sports from a young age. While based in Australia, he pursued a career in personal training and nutrition by graduating from Melbourne University’s Fitness program. By working with some of Australia’s most promising athletes, he has become an accomplished coach in circuit training, HIIT, sports specific programming, body transformation and functional fitness.
Through his own weight loss journey of 45 kgs, Chakrit knows the psychological, physiological and nutritional techniques needed to get his clients to their goals. He will encourage you to push your boundaries, sculpting a body that not only looks good but is healthy and performs.
Hall is a dedicated and caring trainer taking to heart her client need and goals. She has a deep seeded passion about fitness and healthier lifestyle. She love to share her passion, knowledge and experience about physiological and nutritional techniques through fun, motivate and challenging exercise program.
She is one of the certified personal trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and MetaPWR Coach(Metabolic Training).

Kru Sunshine has been teaching both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga for over 7 years now. She received her training at
the Yoga Vidya Gurukul Academy in Nashik, India in 2009 and has been instructing group and private classes here in Bangkok ever since.
Sunshine is also certified in AcroYoga and Partner Yoga
and is currently an avid competitor in Crossfit. She has devoted her life to improving her students health, raising
their awareness, and helping them experience the power
and benefits of yoga.

Vibrant, funny and charming. Mod-Mod is a professional dancer and instructor. With a background in Western Dance, she's acquired experience in the music industry working as a choreographer as well as dancer for music videos. If you think you can't get a good workout from just dancing, you've yet to try her Zumba Class!
I have a passion for all kinds of exercises - Yoga, Pilates, Bootcamp, Weight Training, Suspension TRX as well as Functional Training. I am certified in ACE, Suspension TRX Training Course L1, Group Suspension TRX Training Course L1, Rip Training Course L1, BOSU Personal Training, Mat Pilates 1&2, Metafit coach, MetaPWR coach, Kettlebell L1& L2, SCW Active Aging Training etc.
